I hope this photo isn’t causing anybody discomfort.

Can I remind anyone who’s looking for an overnight dog sitter, please be honest when you fill in the consultation form. If your dog will bite or be aggressive towards strangers (even if owner is present in the situation), it will be better to look for a kennel instead of a house sitter or a home boarder. It’s not fair to put your dog in stress, so do the dog sitter.

I was recently bitten by a dog during meet and greet, and I wasn’t told that the dog would bite. Hence I went there without any preparation. Luckily, the dog ended up bitting my tight but not my face🤞.

Although we all get insurance to cover us from any injury, it’s still not ideal to be bitten. If this happens on a full time dog walker, it will also result in loss of income for them, if the bite go a little but deeper.

I know some dogs will need time to get used to a new human, but unfortunately, I can’t risk being bitten for a few more times and impact my other jobs and life as well.

Please be honest.

1. I won’t have any availability on Tuesday for dog walking (still open for morning pop in visit though).

Always check your engine compartment BEFORE you switch on the engine.

Inspector Ronald was called out to assist in removing a kitten that was stuck in a car's engine. This poor little guy must have climbed in the engine to try and keep warm.

Sadly, he got his little leg stuck with no way out. Unfortunately, we don't know how long he was stuck in the engine, but by the time we go to him, he was dehydrated, starving and had severe burn wounds on his body from the warm engine.

Inspector Ronald managed to get him out, and he tried to put up a fight as being a little feral kitten, he did not know that humans can be kind and was only trying to help him. Sadly, the leg that was stuck, was broken, and upon further inspection by our hospital staff, he also had a badly damaged spine.

As his little body was so damaged, he was humanely put to sleep to end his suffering. We urge the public to always check your vehicle for animals, especially cats as they have a tendency to climb inside the engine compartment to get some warmth. In this case the kitten got stuck and by the time his cries for help were heard, it was sadly too late.

It’s hot and Sunny these days! I aim at finishing all walks by mid day and will also get then walk under the shade. Sometimes we just sit under the shade for 10 mins as well🤣
