‼️Terms and Conditions from 1st April 2025 ‼️

1-Invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receiving for monthly payments, unless otherwise agreed for a different date.

2- Weekly payments are to be paid on a Friday unless a weekend walk has been scheduled then payment is due by the Sunday at 5pm.

3- For dogs with permanent days, the full walking fee is still payable even if you cancel as these spaces can not be filled. If you are on holiday a retainer fee of £8 is still payable for each day to guarantee your space upon return unless boarding with myself.
Dogs that a weekly requests, once I have confirmed your space, if you cancel, full payment is still required.

4- if I have to cancel a walk or I am on holiday, no fee will be charged.

5- All dogs must have an I.D. tag and be fully vaccinated. If for personal or health reason your dog is not vaccinated I can not be held responsible for illness to your dog. You as the owner will be held responsible for any vet fees incurred if your dog passes any illness to another dog whilst in my care.

6- Any dog boarding with me must have Vaccinations and it is preferred for them to have had the kennel vaccine at least 3 weeks before staying.

7- Off lead walks are not guaranteed each walk unless it is safe to do so.

8- All dogs must have 100% recall to be off lead at any time.

9- Off lead permission is to be signed and dated or sent in a text via WhatsApp.

10- Flea,Tick, Wormer and Boosters must be kept up to date.

11- I must be informed in writing of any dietary requirements ( for treats) or allergies that your dog may have.

12- I will not be held responsible for loss of an I.D. tag whilst out walking. I will use one of mine until returned home, if needs be.

13- For those that request walks for different days each week, this needs to be messaged by 5pm on a Sunday. I can not guarantee a walk after this time and a day you request may already be full.

14- All collars and Harnesses must fit correctly so they can not be slipped out of.

15- Bi***es in season will not be walked as I can not guarantee their safety from intact male dogs that other people walk. Home visits will be offered instead so they are protected.

16- Intact males will not be walked together unless prior meetings have been successful in a controlled environment with agreement from both owners upon my assessment and evaluation.

The woods were a hit as we knew they would be. Woodland Woofs at Castle Croft ticked all Cassies boxes for enrichment and fun. 🐾🐾

Vocals and running. Fabulous time had as always at Woodland Woofs at Castle Croft . Thank you for such an amazing stress free place so we can have lots of fun with our pack . 🐾🐾
