In order to avoid disappointment may I remind new clients to confirm their booking with a completed booking form and deposit.
I can hold a kennel for a couple of weeks only until this is done. This has always been our policy.
We are such a small business that we cannot just hope you will turn up months after the initial enquiry without having completed the paperwork.
