As you all know, we have recently been looking for someone new to join the Townsend's Tails team, and this week, we have welcomed Lucy into the salon.

Lucy has been grooming for two years now and is local to the salon. She's the perfect fit for the business and I know your dog's are absolutely going to love her as much as we do.

Molly first came to us a few months ago, and Emily could barely touch her without her showing some real fear and biting. Fast forward three more appointments, and she is now comfortably happy to allow Emily to fully hand scissor her without getting stressed.
Molly's owner knows her grooms are a work in progress and has realistic expectations, which we absolutely love because our main priority is ensuring the welfare of each and every dog 🐕 ❤️

Massive well done to Emily for having all the love and patience for this little lady 🫶
