🎅Please turn up to your appointments on time. If you arrive early, please send me a message, and if I am ready, I will come outside. Late arrival during the festive period may mean that I can't complete a full groom on your dog.
🎄I will try my very best to be on time, too.
🤶If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give me OVER 24 HOURS notice. I will have to implement a discretionary late cancellation and no show charge. Please remember I have bills to pay, and even though I have people on a cancellation list, they can not always attend at short notice.

As you all know, I hate price increases, but absorbing the increasing costs of business becomes a bit unfair after a while. As someone said to me, I shouldn't be a slave to my business.
When we go to the supermarket or coffee shops etc we don't hesitate to pay the increase we face on everyday items.
I will only be implementing a £2 increase, I've seen places raise far more.
If you are worried about costs, please don't hesitate to contact me. At the end of the day, my priority is grooming your dog, so they are kept healthy and happy.

Over the past 7 years in business, I have had many dogs come through my door. Each one is unique with their own likes and dislikes, quirks, and personalities .
Unfortunately, with so many dogs coming into my life, I also have to cope with the losses. Many of your beloved pooches have touched my heart and many have left far too soon.
I've put together a few slides of the pooches we have lost over the years. Please let me know if you can't see your furbaby in the 2 slides I've put together. It may be that I couldn't find a good photo.
It may seem weird to some people, but the loss of a pet can produce the same grief as the loss of a human family member. We underestimate the bond and unwaivering love a pet brings to us. Often, they are the ones who are always there for you.
The Rainbow Bridge Poem but Unknown Author
