You never quite know what you’re going to get when someone books in a cockapoo by telephone. In this case it was a very woolly Barley. I love the variety you get with a cockapoo, it’s a happy surprise every time 🐾💛🐾

My two favourite beards (not including my husbands)! Ruby & Otto both enjoy a good coconut oil massage at the start of their groom to help soften the beard mush that sometimes accumulates in ones chin fluff 🐾❤️

There’s a Foo Fighters Album called The Colour and The Shape. On this mornings walk I just kept saying to myself..oh the colour and the shape of everything! It brought a whole new meaning to that album title. Gorgeous! I hope you’re enjoying the frosty mornings too xx

There’s only one way to get through the endless rain 🌧 we’ve been having this Christmas break and that’s to go INTO the rain ☔️ and how beautiful it is too. Just like the pebbles on the beach seem to look even more beautiful when they’re wet from the tide, so too does the trees, fallen branches and leaves shimmering in the winters rain.

Solstice blessings to you all. We’ve been holding on to our inner lights during the darker months and I know there is still more to come but I’m already feeling excited about those few precious minutes of light increasing from here on. We’re cosying up this solstice after a gorgeous winters walk for dinner with all our advent candles lit and snuggles in front of a Christmas movie and the light of the fire. I hope your celebration is full of warmth and light too ###x

All wrapped up and ready for Christmas. Thank you to all the paws that trotted through my doors this year and of course their owners too. There are heaps of amazing dog groomers out there. I’m pleased to have been the right fit for your dogs and have enjoyed every hairy, drooley, itchy, smelly, soggy bit of it and look forward to more in 2022😘

I’m on holiday! Well…We’re in a queue for the channel tunnel and have been for 12 hours! Trusting that we’re going to get there real soon. Gosh I have been so rubbish of late with taking pictures of the gorgeous doggies that I have had the joy to hang out with over the past few weeks. The trouble is I get so absorbed in the dog that it just doesn’t cross my mind. But that’s the thing I LOVE about dog grooming. It’s meditation. I am totally and completely present with the doggy in the moment. Bliss.

I remembered to take a picture of this one back at home as he’s my mum’s. I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to do today with Ollie. He has been suffering in the heat a bit so we talked about clipping but he’s still just a youngster and keeping his original coat is what is best for him right now so I hand stripped the old coat and trimmed his feathers. Ollie is now rocking the cavie look and keeping it real
