โœจFOUND CAT- Cambusbarron โœจ

We have had a cat kindly handed in by a member of the public. The cat has been straying for around 5-6 months but has been taken in by someone who was hoping to find their owner. Unfortunately, no owner has been found so far.

The cat was found straying in gardens around The Brae Co-op.

The cat is a young female, with white and black colouring. She has hazel coloured eyes. She is very friendly with people so must belong to someone.

The cat is not microchipped.

As mentioned above this cat may have been missing for months and has been in someone elseโ€™s care. So please share far and wide to see if we can reunite her with her owners!

If you think this is your cat please call Broadleys Veterinary Hospital on 01786 445665.

**Proof of identification will be required**

๐Ÿ๐Ÿพ Autumn Dangers for Pets โ€” Stay Safe This Season! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ

As the air gets crisp and the leaves start to fall, new seasonal hazards can pop up for our furry family members. Here are some things to watch out for this autumn:

๐Ÿ„ Mushrooms: Many wild mushrooms are toxic to pets. If your dog or cat eats one, call your vet immediately!

๐Ÿฌ Halloween Treats: Chocolate, xylitol (in sugar-free candies), and raisins are dangerous for pets. Keep those sweets out of pawโ€™s reach!

๐ŸŒฐ Conkers & Acorns: These can cause tummy upsets or even blockages if swallowed. Keep an eye out during walks.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Bonfires & Candles: Pets can get burned or inhale harmful fumes. Always keep them safely away from flames and fireworks.

๐Ÿงฃ Cold & Dark Evenings: With shorter days, reflective collars or harnesses help keep pets visible on walks.

๐ŸŒฝ Seasonal Foods: Avoid giving pets leftover corn on the cob, onions, or fatty foods โ€” they can cause serious digestive issues.

If your pet shows vomiting, shaking, drooling, or unusual behavior, contact your veterinarian right away.

๐Ÿ•๐Ÿˆ Stay safe, stay cozy, and enjoy the season with your best friend! ๐Ÿ‚
