Happy New Year to all our lovely fur-babies and their families! We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are ready to embark on an exciting 2025. We can’t wait to welcome you all back this year!

As with any business, 2024 had its ups and downs. One of the biggest challenges we faced was over 200 no-shows for appointments, which, as you can imagine, is a significant issue for any small business.

To help us operate more efficiently and ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we will be implementing a new booking system this year. When booking an appointment, we’ll now require a £20 deposit. This amount will be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment or carried forward to your next visit if rescheduled with sufficient notice.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us make this positive change. Here’s to a fantastic year ahead with lots of happy tails and pampered paws!
