Some updates for those ov you lv not managed to let you know l will be retiring from Dog Walking at end March. I will miss all 🐶but time for me to spend some time with family and my pup jojo will give me plenty ov exercise lm sure.l would like to Thank-you for supporting my little business all dog past and present iv loved Walking and all adventures and memories will last forever. Did you know that October is ADHD Awareness Month?

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is common comorbidity of autism, with around 3 in 10 autistic adults also having ADHD, and like autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder. Autism and ADHD have some common characteristics, such as emotional dysregulation and sensory sensitivities, but it’s important to understand the needs of both conditions and how these need to be met.

The main characteristics of ADHD are hyperactivity-impulsivity and inattention, with ADHD having an impact on day-to-day life (including school, work, and relationships). These characteristics can present themselves in different ways including forgetfulness, an inability to stay still, and difficulty sustaining attention.

It’s important to understand the individual’s needs, as not everyone with ADHD will experience the same symptoms, and make sure that the positives ADHD can bring are appreciated and valued!

Some sad news to let you know l had to say goodbye to my girl🦮Elsa this wend .Elsa had met few ov your dogs on walks over time .lv been quite 😢 upset .Elsa was diagnosed with tumour few months ago and was 13 years plus she had best life in her younger years she attended sponsored walks for charity and fund raising she was loved by all new her.l may be little tearful when next visit your fur baby but she had best life 🐶🐾❤️
