🐾 ADVENTURE DAY - THURSDAY 7TH JULY 🐾

Adventure days are a 4/5hour day out for your dog in various different locations 😍 - Whether that be the beach for the day, a forest walk or a hike in the hills - The location will be decided on the day based on weather conditions but do not worry if its raining, the day will still go ahead as long as its safe to do so 🐾

On the day, I will pick up your dog from your chosen address between 10:00/11:00 and drop off by 15:00/16:00. I have all doggy seatbelts for safety whilst travelling. I will ensure all dogs are well hydrated throughout the walk and provide treats throughout. Lots of pics and videos will be shared for updates on the day.

The dogs on the trips out do need to be well socialised and well behaved. Both on and off lead is available. An initial meet must be arranged for new customers.

💛💚 Pet Taxi 💚💛

This can be used for a number of different things. Can't make a vet appointment? Or you need you dog dropping somewhere but don't have the time? Or you have found your new dog but they need picking up from a different location to be brought to their forever home? Whatever the reason that your dog needs transporting, pet taxi can help with this.

I have full dog seatbelts to ensure safety and I am fully insured and DBS checked.

💛💚 Adventure Days Out 💚💛

Adventure days are a 4/5hour day out for your dog in various differemt locations 😍 - Whether that be the beach for the day, a forest walk or a hike in the peaks to name a few places!

These will be advertised in advance on my Instagram and pages for set days. The slots will be given on a first come first serve basis and is a maximum of 5 dogs. A waiting list will be opened for those wanting their dogs on the next available day.

On the day, I will pick up your dog from your home address between 10:00/11:00 and drop off by 15:00/16:00. I have all doggy seatbelts for safety whilst travelling. I will ensure all dogs are well hydrated throughout the walk and provide treats throughout. Lots of pics and videos will be shared for updates on the day.

The dogs on the trips out do need to be well socialised and well behaved. Both on and off lead is available. An initial meet must be arranged for new customers.

💛💚 Pet Check Ins 💚💛

Pet check ins are a great way of making sure your pet is not left alone for to long at any one time. If you are out for the day and want peace of mind that the day is being broken up for your pet then we can organise a pet check in where we will visit your home to top up food and water and let them out in the garden to use the bathroom and have a play.

More than one pet check in can be booked daily if needed and we offer 30, 45 and 60 minute options.

An initial visit to meet your pet before hand will be arranged where I can answer any questions you may have.

💚💛 Dog Walks 💛💚

Rockys Retreat offer different options with walks to suit you and your dog. The service includes picking up from you home address, and taking your dog to various different locations suitable for dog walking. My job is to ensure your dog gets well exercised, and if on a group walk we'll socialised too.

For new customers there is an initial 15min visit free of charge, this is a chance for your dog to meet me to gain some familiarity before heading out on our first walk, but also a chance for you to meet me too, so you have peace of mind about who is taking care of your dog.

Group walks will have two allocated slots - 10:00/10:30 pick up and 13:00/13:30 pick up. They will have a maximum of 4 dogs per walk (sometimes 5 if I bring my own along to play)

Solo walks can be booked at any other available times between 09:00 and 17:00 (although if needed outside of this please give me a shout as I will help where I can)

Due to unforseen circumstances I am having to make some changes to the services provided at Rockys Retreat.

It breaks my heart to be doing this but it has been taken out of my hands. That being said, I refuse to stop doing what I am so passionate about, so rather than sit and cry (there has been a lot of tears) I am going to put my big girl pants on and put plans into action to continue doing what I love.

Doggy daycare and dog boarding will no longer be offered through RR for the foreseeable (however plans are in motion to expand and re open this at some point but bigger and better than before)

For now I will be returning to my roots and offering the following services:

Solo dog walks (60-90min)
Group dog walks (60 - 90min)
Adventure days out (4/5hour walks)
Beach days (4/5hour walks)
Pet check ins (30-60min)
Pet taxi

I will post a temporary list later today with services and prices. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

It is safe to say I am so lucky to have been in the position I have been and had the pleasure of looking after so many of your lovely dogs. I know I have messaged my regular customers separately however, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to make the most amazing memories with your beloved dogs. I really hope to see them all again soon and if there is anything I can do to help continue to care for them then please let me know ♥️

Today is Bears 1st birthday!!! 😍🥳

We've had extra playtime, extra cuddles and we even put up a banner to celebrate 🎉

Bear has been with me at Rockys Retreat since nearing the start of my little venture and what a joy he is! I've watched his little personality develop over the last 6months and had the pleasure of my daily Bear cuddles 🥰

I have so many pictures of him but have chosen some of my favourites to upload! 😍

Murphy has been boarding at Rockys Retreat since Saturday and has literally brought so many cuddles to the house. 🥰

He's such a softy and just like my Ru loves a ball being thrown for him! ❤

Murphy is with us whilst his owners enjoy a lovely trip away to Wales! 🌞

Pepsi stayed at rockys retreat for two weeks so her family could have a nice little holiday 🥰

Bruno stayed at Rockys Retreat on Saturday night and had a fun filled Sunday with us too.

His family had a few events to attend over the weekend so Bruno had a slumber party with the pooches and I 🥰

He was good as gold, made lots of new friends and let me take endless amounts of pictures of him 😂 I mean look how photogenic he is 😍
