Good Morning 😊
I strive to have a good trusting relationship with all my customers,
I always put my heart and soul into each poochies Groom to give them a stress free and best look I can achieve 🐾
Unfortunately last week a groom which was done left my premises with the promise of payment when they got home, I still haven’t received payment 😩
And although I have messaged the customer and they were really happy with the groom and still said they would send payment for the service I still haven’t received it
I can’t keep messaging people to remind them to pay for a service, so going forward I will need payment on collection please 🙏
I would love to be able to afford to groom for free.. but I am running a business 🐾
