Good Morning 🐾
Firstly before I go on a waffle 🤣 Thank you all for supporting my little pooch parlour and keeping me so busy 🩷
I am now at a stage where I can no longer accommodate last minute Grooming unless a cancellation arises 🐩
So i now have a new policy in place that my customers must be on a regular Grooming Schedule ✂️
I have posted a guide but of course all pooches are different with different coat types so between us we can decide the best grooming schedule for your furball 🩷

If your Pooch exceeds my recommended schedule and becomes matted unfortunately I’m having to introduce an additional fee which will be added to the grooming cost

Also going forward all matted coats will be clipped off under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 if I feel any discomfort may be caused 🐾

As I am a lone 1-1 Groomer it’s getting harder to fit everyone in and it only takes 1 pooch to need extra attention with the coat to domino the day and throw all other appointments back 😫 I do Hope you all understand
