And just like that, Red’s second Christmas done and dusted! This one’s been absolutely crazy to say the least! 🫣

What a year it’s been filled with lovely clients, old and new. I don’t know many people who can say they love what they do but I truly do♥️

I will always be so grateful to have the most supportive customers and there’s not a day that’s gone by this year when I haven’t felt appreciated and I too appreciate you! I also just want so say a huge thank you for all of the lovely gifts I’ve received this year, I have been truly spoilt! 🎁

The salon will now be shut until the 6th Jan for a very well earned rest I’d say😂 so all messages will be replied to then. Hoping everyone has a beautiful Christmas and also manages to get to spend quality time with close ones and also time for yourselves!

Lola came in for her 3rd and final Puppy University last week and graduated with flying colours!🎓

Puppy University consists of 3 puppy grooms (one a month) starting from the age of 12 weeks, taking them up to 6 months when it’s time for their first full groom!

Puppy University (or puppy grooms) encourage a happier and more confident dog throughout their grooming lives. They help desensitise your puppy to the salon environment (bath, driers, clippers etc) and their grooming routine!

🎄Christmas Period

My diary has been fully booked up to christmas since the middle of october and this is still the case.
I’m working every day and late night possible to fit as many of you in as I can whilst also trying to make time for myself and Misty!

Please bear in mind that me being this booked up means that I have little to no wiggle room to move appointments.

If you need to change an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can try swap you to another slot.

I appreciate that this is a busy time for everyone and understand that plans do change!

I also would like to ask that if you do have an appointment in between now and christmas that you try your best to drop off and pick up on time. This isnt really ever an issue as you’re all amazing but with my diary being back to back in the upcoming weeks it would really be appreciated.

On a side note… for my customers who are booked in for the 22ND DECEMBER for a bath appointment, it is essential that you are able to drop off and pick up on time.

Appointments will be 45 mins - 1 hour max. I will also have one of santas helpers in that day to help me get through everyone which means that there will be 2 dogs in the salon at a time.

To any of you that may have dogs that are reactive with others or nervous dogs, dont worry. Ive made sure to put you at the start of the day when I’m on my own so that theres only one dog in at a time.

⭐️ New Year

It’s been a decision that I havent taken lightly, but I will not be taking on any new clients in the new year

Whilst I hate to turn anyone away, it’s important to me that I look after my current customers and until everyone is booked in for the new year, I wont be taking on any more new clients.

I do have a waiting list in place for new customers so if youd like to be added please let me know and I will be in touch as soon as I open my books again.
