Day two @ Avro Wings & Wheels - 10-5pm lots of great stalls, fun for the kids classic cars and the Avro Heritage Museum displaying some great planes from our local maker AVRO including the beautiful Vulcan - why not come along and have a great day before settling down in front of the TV later to watch the boys ⚽️

We are super excited to be attending this wonderful weekend event again this year and supporting this amazing local heritage museum keeping our Stockport aviation history alive 😀

The weekend after next (13th/14th July) is our annual Wings and Wheels. No Lancaster this year as the BBMF are still grounded after the fatal accident to one of their Spitfires.
There will be loads of things to do including :-
The Anson and T28 Trojan will be performing a flypast both days.
Vulcan Park will be transformed into a market.
Live music, aircraft engine runs, classic cars and military vehicles.
In addition the Thomas Cook & CAE buildings should be open for viewing. See what a Shackleton looks like in pieces. View our 707C - the first fly by wire aircraft.
Just get tickets as normal from our website. No extra charge for entry.

We all have a duty to never forget the sacrifice made by all those killed so that we can live our today ❤️ a recent survey has found that almost 60% of children aged 16 and under do not know about D-Day and how it changed the course of the war. Our generation need to be teaching this to our children we must never forget.
