This was why I decided to do my Merishia Canine Massage qualification, when it gets to this point, your dog is broken.
There would have been lots of subtle signs before this and I missed them all, I’m so glad I now know what to look for and deal with it. 💜💜
This was over a year ago, and it took around 3 month (plus treatment) to sort.
Prevention is always better and less stressful than a cure 💜
Interesting lead leg change… just love slo mo to analyse canine movement 💜
Myself and Rush, winning in to Grade 6. Love this girl so much 💜
First Agility Competition in over a year, and Rush’s winning run with Hannah (Paw x Paw owner/instructor).
Obstacle independence and drive a not achieved in 10 sessions, or even 20... it’s achieved over time, with a lot of patience and determination, with up to date knowledge and teaching.
No luring over obstacle here, just lots of praise and hard work 💜
YKC Pairs Crufts 2020 - Lilia & Missy and Ceinwyn & Willow
Ceinwyn and Willow along with their pairs partners Lilia and Missy, ran at Crufts on Sunday in the YKC Pairs Final. They both did amazing, and placed 5th. Two amazing young ladies, who have such dedication to training their dogs. Well done ❤💪💪
Top Dog Arena Display
Fantastic day at the Caravan and Camping Show agility display. Rush and Toby had fun showing the crowds what they can do. 😁😁
Success in agility is not always about the clear rounds and the rosettes, it's about the little achievements too. This is Jake and Bronn's first ever KC agility show, and what a run 😮. Yes they were Eliminated.. however for a dog to work so well, and as a team with their handler, in a new environment with so many distractions is amazing. Once these two get their weaves.. there will be no stopping them 💪👏👏👏
We all start somewhere in agility, it's about finding the correct training whether you do it for fun or competition. This was me (Hannah, Paw x Paw Owner/Instructor) in 2008 at a 'Fun' agility class with Boo, we left and went to a better club with safer equipment and sought better training, with a bit of experience it lead to us competing in Championship classes in 2012, you can see the difference. Boo is 13 now and retired, she's my first dog and first agility dog ❤❤💜
Myself and Rush at the Caravan and Camping Show display. Rush was utterly amazing, especially in such a busy environment with lots going on. So proud of this young girl 😍👏 #TeamPawxPaw
Here you go... the moment Gary decided to try and drown me 😂😂 (I'm saying 'You Bugger' by the way... it does sound like a much naughtier word) 😂😂
Some of the Tuesday evening students. Katy and Mac, Gail and Nova, Ceinwyn and Willow and Ruth and Lily. 😀
Independence on all obstacles should be taught from the very beginning...Rush demonstrating weave independence...yes I am on the opposite side of the purple and white tunnel and she still completes the weaves without my help. Rush is just under 2 year old...she didn't start weave training until she was 13 month.
I hardly post about my dogs, however here is my 13 month Working Cocker, working on obstacle independence 😊
