What a stunning morning, lovely fresh morning and made all the better by reading this lovely review from one of our regular customers who entrust us to look after Dexter for them when they are lucky enough to be away on holiday. Mark and Francine clearly do a brilliant job looking after Dexter as they do with all the dogs they have stay with them.

Nothing to worry about

As with most dog owners, we want what is best for our pet and decided to use PetStay. The initial communications were excellent and we were quickly paired with Mark who arranged for a home visit. It was clear he was experienced and made us feel comfortable immediately. During the holiday, we received regular photos and videos which reassured us that our dog was having the best time and was in safe hands. On our return, Mark was very complimentary about our dog's behaviour and it was a sign that she didn't want to leave and was 'pining' for a few days afterwards. Would definitely recommend PetStay and especially Mark, a genuine safe pair of hands

Helen and Stuart looked after our Labrador, Rupert, for 16 days and we couldn’t have been happier.

They sent lots of updates of how he was doing and it was clear that he was treated as part of the family. They completely put us at ease with leaving him for such a long time and it allowed us to enjoy our break without worrying.

Always great hear from our customers that their dogs have been well looked after during their stay, a big thank you to Mark for looking after Toffee so well.

"Toffee went back to the same carer she was with last time. She settled well, I received some lovely photos of her all relaxed. She was pleased to see me but I don't think she would have minded staying with her carer."

“Just a quick note to say how happy we were with the care that Mitzi received from Jennie and Simon. We had a meet and greet before Mitzi stayed and Jennie took the time to ask all about her routines and her quirks and preferences. Mitzi is a timid little soul but Jennie was so calm and gentle with her and definitely won her trust. We went away on holiday confident that Mitzi would be looked after with kindness and that meant we had a relaxing, enjoyable break. We hope to board Mitzi with Jennie and Simon for our next holiday soon. Thank you for matching us up with such a lovely couple!”

Always nice to receive a positive review and this one is lovely

"Jason was great in communicating with me prior to our booking with Mark & Francine. Maggie stayed for 7 nights & she looked so happy & content on all the photos I received whilst away which was a great comfort as she can be a nervy dog around new people. I really appreciated being able to move my booking previously too due to health reasons (very last minute!). It made a very stressful situation a little less stressful! Thank you both we will be booking with you again!
