This may be a good time for a Polite notice 🙏🏻
As a lot of you know I’m very very booked up (around 4 months in advance seems to be standard now)
When regulars or new customers get in touch asking for my soonest appointment please be assured that I will try my VERY best to accommodate, especially with emergencies and cats in discomfort.
I have had to implement a digital cancellation list and if slots become free I will contact anyone who has previously requested an appointment.
However….. if I don’t get replies to messages, emails etc within a few hours I will need to move on to offer the next customer the slot.
My main focus with CutieCatz is that I care for all my customers as my own kitties and it genuinely stresses me out that I can’t fit any more hours in the day to help. 🫣
🙏🏻 If you’ve contacted me previously and I text, message or email you with the offer of a cancellation, please try and reply to me either way. It’s not a problem if you’ve made other arrangements, it just stops me worrying about trying to help your kitty if it’s no longer required. (And yes I do try and juggle in my head all the requests I get and remember to get back in order of priority - which is a lot of head space with everything else that I need to think about 😮💨)
