Good afternoon all 🙋🏻‍♂️

It's been a while since I posted, that's because unfortunately it's been a terrible month behind the scenes here @ SPS. This was due to recurrent vehicle issues, meaning I've only managed to work just over a week in total this month 🤦🏻‍♂️
As great as that may sound to some, it also means I've unfortunately let down a lot of lovely doggos and their owners, which I do not enjoy doing! However I do fully appreciate the owners who have been thoroughly understanding of my situation and stuck by me throughout 🙌

Please see below the photos I did manage to get from my walks this month though and then I'll be back to normal next month, just with a few less doggos 😢

Happy Easter weekend, SPS wishes you all a brilliant Bank Holiday 🙌

This week has been one of mixed emotions here at SPS, little Reg had his last walk for a while on Wednesday and well just look at that boys smile 😍 I'm going to miss him for however long it is he's away! As for the rest of the gang, it's business as usual 🎯

The dangers of dog walking… and why insurance isn’t optional 🐾⚠️
I keep seeing kids advertising dog walking for a bit of pocket money…
Cute? Yes.
A good idea? Not always 👀
Because this isn’t just “walking a dog”…
This is responsibility for a living, breathing animal that can run, react, panic, fight, bolt… in seconds.
So ask yourself 👇
❓ Are they insured?
❓ Do they understand dog behaviour?
❓ Do they know what to do in an emergency?
Because when things go wrong… they go wrong FAST.
🚶‍♀️ Leads slip
🚗 Dogs run into roads
🐕 Aggressive dogs appear out of nowhere
🤕 Injuries happen
🤢 Dogs eat things they shouldn’t
And in that moment… it’s not about pocket money anymore.
It’s about experience, control, and knowing exactly what to do under pressure.
That’s the difference between
“someone who walks dogs”…
and a professional dog walker.
You’re not just paying for a walk…
you’re paying for safety, knowledge, and peace of mind. 🐶

Another beautiful week of walks this week for me and all of the SPS doggos. In particular for Albert and Ralph who are settling in brilliantly and especially Albert, he has really came out of his shell the last 2 weeks which is great to see 😍

Unfortunately next week will be Reggies last week with us all whilst his owner is off on maternity leave (Congratulations Abi Victoria & Dan 🙌).
However this means we now have availability for a new doggo to join the SPS party, so if you or anyone you know would like to enquire about filling Reg's slot please drop me a message or give me a call to do so 👋

This week's walks have been hilarious for me, and with a mixture of fun and freedom as well as boundaries for the Doggos, this means they can enjoy a much more funfilled life whilst with other SPS doggos and continue to make me laugh 😄
