Today I experienced being threatened in my place of work. This person accused me of causing an injury to their dog whilst in my care. This did NOT happen.
Each dog that I groom is looked after with the best care possible. The products I use are ALL designed to be gentle on your dogs skin. I consistently use the same products for this reason.
If your dog does experience a reaction I always offer for you to return to me and I will use my advanced canine first aid training to offer a solution if that is necessary. I did this exact thing in this particular instance.
I will not tolerate being threatened full stop. I am willing to have a calm discussion and offer a suitable solution.

Being threatened to have my hard earned reputation ruined by way of reviews and social media content is very cruel and unnerving, especially being a lone self employed dog groomer.
