If anyone hasn’t booked out their slots for the year we highly recommend you do so, as we can not guarantee availability due to the majority of people booking in advance.

Hi everyone. We are approaching the last week before we close for Christmas.

If you have an appointment booked this week please please please check it and stick with it.

Every year we book out Christmas slots well in advance and turn many people away to honour these reserved time slots.
We have a lot of people not show up, cancel last minute, change appointment times and changing services booked.

It’s really hard to try and organise and keep on top of all this at this time of year so please try and keep this in mind.

That being said we look forward to seeing the last of 2024s customers in the week ahead!

SHOULD I HAVE MY DOG GROOMED IN WINTER?

A common misconception is that we should leave our dog’s coat longer in winter as they will feel the cold, when in actual fact, the opposite is often the case.

When a dog’s coat is left long, unless you groom it meticulously on a daily basis and dry it after walks, it will retain the cold and damp and actually make your dog colder.

A coat which is left long in the winter is likely to become matted as it will constantly be getting wet and a damp coat is difficult to maintain, unless you wash and dry the coat after every walk which is very high maintenance.

Keeping your dog’s coat shortish and manageable in the winter will be much easier to keep clean and dry and will be much more comfortable for your dog, allowing air to circulate through the coat and avoiding a long, matted, damp coat sitting against your dog’s skin.

Most dogs live in our homes with us which are centrally heated and warm. If it is extremely cold, you can put a coat on your dog on walks and remove it at home when they are in the warm.

🦷Appointments must be booked from today (Tuesday 3rd sept) until slots run out.

🦷Full grooms include bath, brush, blow dry, nails and a cut/deshedding. This includes short coated breeds.

🦷We will not be offering this service to customers who reschedule/cancel their appointments.

🦷Completion of Teeth treatment will depend on your dogs teeth health and behaviour and may not suitable for all dogs. It is also not an alternative to veterinary care, it is a complimentary service. We may have to refer you to a vet in extreme cases. Also please be aware your dog may need more than 1 appointment with us to get the required results. Additional appointments needed will be charged at full cost.

🦷The first treatment will include a full teeth and gum check, first treatment session and a treatment plan.

🦷 These appointments are only available for the dates listed below and once they are gone they are GONE!

❌CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGE AT HALF COST OF THE SERVICE WHICH IS TO BE MADE PAYABLE BEFORE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT CAN BE BOOKED. PLEASE BARE THIS IN MIND BEFORE COMMITTING TO AN APPOINTMENT.

Hi everyone! August is super busy with the hot weather and we have very few slots left for the month. If you are needing your dog groomed this month please contact us sooner rather than later, we have extended a couple of our days to accommodate additional dogs this month and we have made adjustments for opening earlier.
