Awwww look what Mum made me! 7 years she's been mine, and I'm so proud of how well she has taken to my training!

Favourite game to play with Mum... "Found It!" - basically she throws a ball, shouts "Fetch" and I run to where the ball is. She then keeps shouting "Fetch!" until she gets to the ball and we play again.

Love you Mum and Dad!

Mum's been putting this weird hat on me before giving me treats. Weird, but you know me... anything for a treat! 🦴🐕‍🦺

It's not very comfortable though, and it means I can't say thanks by giving mummy a kiss, so I do try and remove it. She tells me off for that though.

She keeps saying it's because Rishi doesn't know how nice and gentle I am, and something called BSL could mean I have to wear the silly face hat on walks.

Apparently, I can't go off lead either, and I might not be allowed to go to as many places as I can now. I did ask why, but mummy says she doesn't understand either, nor do a lot of people.

If you see me (or another dog) with a muzzle on, please be nice, give us attention (with permission), put your fur baby on a lead (as we can't defend ourselves now), and don't be fooled by this BSL 🐮💩.

We're all good dogs 🐶, just sometimes we end up with a bad human 😡. Please don't blame us. 🥺

I was ambushed! No word of a lie! 😖

I thought dad got the message yesterday when he tried to take me for a... a... A BATH!🛁

Not only that... they planned on cutting my nails too✂️! The audacity. I put my foot down with daddy and said "NO!" In my best trainer-of-humans voice, they gave up and daddy brought me home... SUCCESS!💪

So today, mummy tells me we're going out, her handbag smells of so many different treats my tastebuds are dancing away 😋 and then...

Yep, you guessed it... back at The doggy spa at luxipound! Apparently mum needs training too... so we go in, and mum refuses to listen, I put on all the brakes, try to lead her away, but she ignored me (RUDE! 😤), takes me in and puts me in the bath area... then comes the witchcraft 🧙‍♂️... peanut butter is suddenly smeared everywhere 🥜! When I finish one bit... another appears somewhere else and then... *poof*💨 mum has disappeared!

I had a bath (boo!) and waited patiently for mum to come get me, but then she holds me still, pretending to cuddle me for the final torture...

My beautiful nails 💅! They're gone! So now all the grass and bush 🌳 smells that I worked so hard to build up in my fur, gone ... and my best scratchy nails for those hard to reach places... no more 😭.

Safe to say, Daddy is definitely my favourite parent at the moment!

Happy 7th birthday to the 2nd biggest pain in my arse, Rocky! ( Richard aka daddy is the biggest)

Love you millions.... except when you take up the whole bed...
.. and when you bark incessantly when we are trying to watch something on TV...
.. and when you moult EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME!...
.. and when you terrorise the postman and window cleaners...
.. and when you refuse to walk more than 100m unless both me and Daddy are with you...

Other than that, we can't wait to celebrate so many more birthdays with you!

We really are lucky you adopted us when we visited Dogs Trust in Darlington 6 years ago! Love you!
