Dog of the Week in Birmingham - Kiera

Introducing Kiara! 🐾 Our gorgeous 2-year-old Malinois is seeking a loving, experienced home.

Kiara's a lively girl with incredible potential. While she's made progress, there's still work to do. She's sweet with a soft side but may sometimes nip to seek attention. Patience and training are essential for her.

She has shown signs of food possession and dog reactivity, so she needs a confident, experienced owner and a child-free home. Proper training and desensitisation are essential, and a potential muzzle introduction might be necessary.

Despite challenges, Kiara shows promise. She craves understanding and needs someone familiar with Malinois's traits and reactive behaviour. Let's find Kiara a patient and dedicated home!

Day 22: Can you give us a forever home?

We have so many wonderful young dogs in our shelter, just waiting for a chance at a forever home. These, friendly youngsters don’t deserve to spend their whole life growing up in a shelter.

If you are considering a dog for your family, please adopt don’t shop.
