🚨IMPORTANT NOTICE…. BUSINESS CLOSING DOWN 🚨
Hi everyone, I regret to inform all my lovely customers that Grooms At No62 will unfortunately be closing down. I know this will come a shock to a lot of people which I do apologise about. After falling out of love with dog grooming I’ve made the decision to close my business down & start a fresh. It hasn’t been a decision that’s been taken lightly, with lots of pros & cons made along the way but it’s the right time for me after being offered an amazing opportunity. My last working day will be Wednesday 31st January. I am aware some deposits have been paid for February dates. I will be refunding these deposits this evening & getting in touch with everyone personally who has appointments in case they don’t see this post just please bear with me.
If you’d like to cancel your existing January appointment just let me know. I know lots of you will be on the hunt for new groomers so if you’d like to cancel that’s absolutely fine!
Any appointments between now & 31st will go ahead as usual.
I am sorry if this post has made you a little sad. I have built some amazing relationships with regulars & hope we can stay in touch. I will miss you & your lovely doggies but it’s time for change.

I’ve been inundated with messages this week asking for last minute appointments and I physically cannot get any more dogs In 🙈 I can pop you on a cancellation list however if I’m being honest I don’t see any one cancelling / no showing next week due to their appointments been booked in for many months now! BIG BUSINESS HOUR CHANGES PLEASE READ: Hi all! Due to other life commitments I’m now having to reduce my grooming working hours down. My opening times as follow: * MONDAY : CLOSED * TUESDAY : 8:30 - 12:30pm (Last customer 11am) * WEDNESDAY: 8:30 - 12:30pm (Last Customer 11am * THURSDAY: 8:30 - 12:30pm (Last Customer 11am * FRIDAY : 8:30 - 12:30pm (Last Customer 11am * SATURDAY: 10am - 4:30 ( Last Customer 3pm) * SUNDAY : CLOSED It you require afternoon/ evening appointments unfortunately I will not be able to offer these and you may need to block book Saturday appointments ( As of now I have no Saturday appointments until Mid November). With Christmas approaching slots will also go fast. I really hope this doesn’t affect too many people and these changes will be in place from next week. Any existing afternoon appointments in place from week commencing 16th I will be in touch this week to reschedule. Thank you 😄
