Let’s Help Kamila and Save Sparta 🤍

We’re reaching out to you today with heavy hearts and a plea for help for one of our wonderful customers and friends, Kamila. She’s not just a regular here at So Very Dog; she’s an incredible dog trainer who has supported so many of us, including helping with Rosie dog, Boone’s training. Now, it’s our turn to support her.

Many of our customers may already know Kamila, as we always sing her praises and recommend her to anyone in need of training. She has worked wonders with so many dogs and their owners, and her dedication and kindness are truly unmatched.

Kamila’s beautiful English Bull Terrier, Sparta, is fighting for her life and urgently needs surgery that her insurance doesn’t cover. The cost of this life-saving surgery is £6,000, and without it, Sparta’s future is uncertain.

Sparta isn’t just a pet—she’s Kamila’s dream come true and the best friend of her two young children, Freddie and Liliana. Freddie calls her his dog, and their bond is beyond special. After losing their beloved dog Luna last year, Sparta and their other dog Mellow helped Kamila through one of the darkest times of her life. Now, we want to do everything we can to help Kamila save Sparta.

Kamila has given so much love and care to the dogs (and owners!) in our community, and we know how much Sparta means to her family. Let’s come together to support her, just as she’s supported so many of us.

A JustGiving page has been set up to raise the funds needed for Sparta’s surgery. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us closer to giving this beautiful dog the second chance she deserves. A Big Thank You Post 👏🏻

I just want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Rosie and Amanda for everything they do 🥰

Having not one but two incredible team members feels like a dream come true 🥹

This time last year, I was managing the shop on my own (with Craig helping in the background—can’t take all the credit 😜). Fast forward to now, and we’ve built a strong team where both of you bring unique strengths to the table.

Rosie, since you joined in July, it’s been amazing to watch the aesthetic changes you’ve brought to both our online presence and the shop. I thought I was doing okay on socials, but you’ve taken them to a whole new level! Taking a chance on you, despite no retail experience, was the best decision ever. Seeing your confidence with customers grow has been so rewarding, and knowing I can trust you to be your warm and lovely self with them is just brilliant 🥰

Amanda, you’ve settled into the team like you’ve been here forever. Thank you for bringing so much energy and fun to the shop 😁 There’s truly never a dull moment when you’re around, and your dance moves? Absolutely legendary 🥳 Watching you embrace the role of Nanny so naturally has been a privilege. What a joy it is to have you as part of our team 🥰

I think we can all agree that our customer service at So Very Dog is next-level, and it’s all thanks to these two amazing ladies 😍
