I have just been to meet Jake, Head chef at the The Duncombe Arms Pub and delivered 3kg of fresh Black Pearl King Oysters for his upcoming menu.
He was really friendly and was happy to receive locally grown fresh mushrooms and seemed really pleased with the quality.
I really didnt expect my first order of mushrooms to come from a Michelin Bib Gourmand award winning restaurant but this is just the beginning.
