Garage clearance prior to the property being offered for sale. The property needs full renovation and obviously the garage is beyond repair but the overall appearance is improved once the rubbish has gone.

Following a change of tenancy the new tenant cleared out some unwanted furniture and general waste created during moving in. We cleared the waste for the landlord leaving the area tidy.

We were recently contacted by a customer to empty a few things from a property ready for the property to be marketed for sale. I mentioned I also offer a garden clearance service and was immediately appointed that task also.

This garden had been unattended for a few years and brambles have taken over.
An immediate solution is this service as pictured, total cut back with a few select bushes left. Brambles once established need constant work to eradicate or will grow back quickly but a start has to be made!
