Our paint man Lindsey has done us proud with a new sign promoting the Community RePaint Scheme 👍
Our shelves are full of new & part used affordable good quality paint, rescued from landfill & incineration. Everyone welcome, especially those on limited budgets.

We have plenty of cable drums in at the moment, courtesy of the team from Lightspeed Network. Multiple sizes suitable for children’s play, creative activities, display stands & garden accessories. Prices range from £3 to £50 for the extra large, solid wood limited quantity drums. In store enquiries only, member discount available.

And our customers have been wonderfully supportive, with much needed kind words of encouragement for what has been a very tough few months. But you are the reason we carry on and rise to each & every challenge. Thank you all so much, you make the hard work worthwhile 🥰

We’re looking forward to reopening this Saturday 🥳
We haven’t been able to complete all our alterations, but felt we needed to reopen as soon as we could, so please be aware the far end of the scrapstore will remain closed off for a few more weeks. However all resources will be available.
We have a couple more days of tidy up & making sure we’re neat & tidy, but remember it’s Scrap Shack, we’re ALWAYS a work in progress 😂

At last, we are delighted to announce we’re reopening 🥳
Some of our planned improvements will have to be continued at a later date, but they won’t affect us being open.
We can’t wait for our customers to see what we’ve achieved & for those who felt the need to complain, we’ve sorted it 😂
