The pet insurance market can be very overwhelming but
it can be made easier by deciding the type of policy that
would suit you best to narrow your search.
Depending on the age of your pet and level of cover you
would like to protect them with, you can then start
considering the different polices for that type of
insurance.
Remember not all pet insurance is the same so it is a
good idea to check the cover provided and ask if you will
be paying more for claiming.

Free Senior Pet Clinics
Noticed your pet slowing down with age? Maybe they have creaky joints and are not enjoying their exercise as much as they used to? Perhaps you have noticed they are drinking more water than usual or eating a lot more? If this is the case, then we have good news! We are offering FREE geriatric pet clinics for dogs over the age of 7 and cats over the age of 8 with one of our very knowledgeable nurses!
So, what's included?
- Free health check
- Free urine test
- Free blood pressure check
If your pet requires a blood test to allow us to further investigate any problems, we can offer a full blood test at a reduced cost.

⭐️Meet Roxy!⭐️
This gorgeous girl is Roxy! She had cruciate surgery only two weeks ago and she is recovering incredibly well.
She continues to amaze us all with her beautiful personality - always happy and loving. Thank you so being a star patient Roxy! ❤️

One of our friendly Nursing team will take time to discuss with you all the side effects of old age in our family pets, they will carry out a full nurse health check on your cat or dog and offer a free urine test (should you require cat litter there will be a small charge), a free of charge blood pressure check and the offer of our reduced price Senior Wellpet blood test (optional)!

So why not give us a call to book that faithful old pet into see our nurses, We are always happy to meet new and old waggy tails and always give good cuddles (and the occasional treat but ssshhh, we wont tell if you don’t)

Over-indulgence is commonplace over the holidays, and while we can decide whether we really need a bit more cake, our pets will often accept whatever’s on offer. However, some foods we have around at Christmas pose significantly more danger than an upset stomach; so it’s important to keep them out of paws reach!
