New Bronze class starting on Wednesdays at 8pm!
Keep your 👀 peeled for a date.
This person is coming to the UK this weekend.
His name is ‘Dog Daddy’.
This is what he does to peoples dogs.
This is what, no knowledge, no theory/practical qualifications, no understanding and using prong collars/shock collars for a quick fix, looks like. In my eyes, a dog abuser and an absolute numpty dressed like Ali G!
There are many, many trainers out there like Dog Daddy. They are cheap and promise/guarantee to sort your dog out and because you see quick results, you think that they are fantastic. In this film, he is stringing it up by its neck in order to get that prong collar to bite into the dogs neck. Did you see the prong collar? Look at comment below. The dog will comply because it’s scared and if you saw the black Staffy dog, in this film, did you see it poo through fear?
The reality is that they are just out to make money, lots of it in his case, they want their egos massaged by social media followers, etc. But what about the dog, mentally traumatised by what has just happened, untrusting of people, frightened, unhappy….
Who cares because it’s just a dog, right?
I’ll be brutally honest in saying, that it totally p****s me off that people still do this.
Hopefully, more people will smash windows, with Police approval of course, so that people might learn that it’s not ok to leave a dog in a hot car.
There should be public information films about this and walking dogs in hot weather.
My advice is, to leave your dog at home.
Missing one walk or car journey won’t kill a dog but taking them with you, may just do.
Keeping everyone entertained with Kong treat wobblers.
I remember being taught, as a young child, to be careful around dogs and leave them to eat and sleep in peace.
Our first family dog would sit very close next to you but if you touched him, he’d growl. He was just saying to us that he wanted to be with us but please don’t touch me. He’d allow being touched at any other time but just not when he sat close to you. We did as he asked and we weren’t dog body language experts. We just used our ears and eyes.
So, it saddens me greatly to hear of another child being killed by their pet dog.
Something is obviously very seriously wrong.
Is it lack of training for the dog?
Lack of common sense, understanding, knowledge and responsibility of dog ownership for the parents?
Is this due to no basic knowledge of dogs is being passed on from their parents or is it simply that they have a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude.
Is it lack of responsible breeding for the breeder?
Or maybe a lack or non existent, behavioural assessment of the dog before re-homing?
What do people like me, a dog trainer, need to do? I could talk for free and until I’m blue in the face about what your dog is telling you, via their body and eyes but I can bet that someone would go home and do this ⬇️
This video has had 23,200 thumbs up likes, so far. This poor dog is suffering at the hands of its owner and before so long, it’ll be another dog pts because it bit her.
Apologies if you’ve sent me a message and I have not replied. Facebook decided not only, to not let me know that I had messages but also kept them from me.
Ahhh, technology, don’t ya just love it!
Enjoy the film.
Phew! It’s a scorcher.
Try not to walk your dogs in the full sun, walk in the morning or in the evening. Take water (for your dog) with you, if it’s still warm.
