What a year 2024 has been for Barking, first time racing at Crufts and qualified again for next year, Reserve Outdoor BFA Champions, first time racing at European Championships and managed 2nd in Divisions 2 & 7, a new indoor training venue, many club records and much much more to come with all the youngsters.
Absolutely can’t wait for 2025 with the most amazing team mates and close friends that any captain could hope for 💙💙

The draw for Crufts 2025 has been done and we have drawn the current world record holders Roadrunners Flyball Team on the Thursday. Bring on some amazing racing 💙💙

Massive thanks to Nuneaton Flyers for a fab weekend at Newark.
Saturday saw Yara and Storm making their open debuts running on Howling 4 Balls and doing amazingly well showing a glimpse of what we know they have to come with a bit more experience.
Sunday was the turn of Barking running a bit of a mixed up team, Speedy Roo is in season so Mayhem & Havoc stepped up to top team to fill the gap. Andrew did a fantastic job running Havoc for the first time and also helping Kath when she was running Creed and Mayhem at the same time!!
Really pleased with a new BFA club record of 14.92 especially with the mixed team we fielded, can’t wait to see what we can do next year with the full line up 🎉🎉🎉

It’s been an amazing 10 years since our first competition as B4B, there have been ups and downs but I’m excited to see what we can achieve in the future 💙💙💙

Huge thanks to Tails We Win Flyball Teams for a fantastic comp at Horsley Fen this weekend.
1 league and 2 PC slots on Saturday saw the youngsters make huge strides in their flyball. Storm ran in a league team for the first time, he started the day very worried but with a bit of help he was absolutely loving it by the end and all the others showed big improvements with their box turns and drive.
Kegs & Neil both excelled in their PC slots, both really starting to get to grips with all the different challenges we are throwing at them!
Sunday saw Barking & Raging both racing in league with new team line ups.
Raging raced in Division 2 and managed a new team record of 15.93, going sub-16 for the first time. Massive thanks to Becky and Mick for running Havoc for me.
Barking ran in Division 1 with Roo making her league debut and Creed racing indoor for the first time at only his second league comp. The dogs ran amazingly well especially after an order change part way through the day and smashed lots of new club records, finally finishing on 14.85 with so much more to come 🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely loved our first experience of UKFL indoor racing and can’t wait to come back for the next time.

So incredibly proud of these lovely people and their dogs as well as all our help and support from here and at home, especially Dan, Zoe, Collette and Ted who travelled out here to help, we couldn’t have done it without you all. A full write up will follow once I can think straight but two teams getting Silver medals at our first ever EFC is far more than I could have hoped for 💙💙
