🔨 Shutdown week 2024 🔨

For the final post from our shutdown week, we've saved the best till last: a massive round of applause to our maintenance pair for replacing all of the lights in both big arenas in only 3 days 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 what a difference!

And a huge thank you to the whole team for the effort these past few days 🥰 until next year!

In this interactive session, Mary will share her 30+ years' of experience of teaching and riding. Using fun exercises and a demo on school horses (where she will show common faults and how to correct them) she will give her top tips for riders of all ages and abilities on how to be balanced and effective.

Just look at (not so) Baby Diego go! ⚡ Loose jumping is an important part of training young horses, both to help them find their feet over fences... And to let off some of that youthful energy 🤣💨

Well, he may be 30 this year, but that doesn't stop Sam from having the energy of a freshly turned out 5 year-old 🤣⚡ We like to loose school our ponies to keep them moving and happy, but sometimes, they just go and loose school themselves instead 🤷🏻‍♀️🏇🏻

Well, it was an overwhelming "yes" to Christmas content for December! 🥳🎅 While we get thinking of some ideas (wonder who will let us dress them up in a Santa hat? 🤫🤭) have a video of Sam enjoying the chance to run around like the speed demon he is 😎🔥

Well, Clara's certainly made herself at home on the yard 🫣 for such a little cat, she's clearly got no fear! Is she up there for the birds or to get away from Jerry, do we think? 🤔😂

Almost two and half years after he first joined us at CFH, Diego has had his first rider onboard 😍 a big thanks to Dina for helping Sophie out with his backing, exciting times! Also: did anyone else see Diego looking back to give Dina a nuzzle? 🥺

In-hand games!

Only a few months late 😬🤣 but take a look at some of the fun we got up to during Pony Club camp this summer... ... this might be the fastest Sam's ever moved outside of the field 😂🏃‍♂️
