Due to a change in circumstances, I have taken the decision to stop grooming. Can I take this opportunity to thank you very much for your custom and trusting me with your lovely dogs during my training and 1st year. I have enjoyed meeting your dogs and I hope to see them out and about.

Going forwards, your dog will not miss out on any appointments booked for the year. I will be in touch very soon to discuss this with you. Please bear with me, I have lots of people to contact.

An excellent guide to the areas to brush on your dog. The red area is where we find the worst matting and tangles which can result in your dog being cut shorter than you wish. 🐕🐾

For those who have not donated previously to the Christmas gift appeal for the teens at the Aberdeen Children's Homes, I will explain a little bit about what has happened in past years and where your donations go to.
Every year for the past 10 years plus, the kind folk of Stonehaven and beyond have donated presents to boys and girls aged 15+ who cannot for whatever reason, spend Christmas with their family and find themselves in care of the local authorities. These gifts have included hats, scarves, beauty products, gift sets, gift vouchers and anything suitable for teen children aged 15 plus.
The collection will be delivered this year on 15th December in time for the distribution to the homes and so if you would like to donate I can collect your donation or you can message me and we can organise a drop off point.

Please consider donating this year as, I realise its been another tough one for everyone but just just small gift makes such a difference to a young adults life.

Hi everyone
Many of you will have seen this poster up in the cabin already as regarding matted dogs. This is really to start letting dog owners know that we are now starting to be governed more by The Animal Welfare Act and the guidelines all groomers need to start following. ( It has already been said that in the next few years all groomers will have to be licensed) I’m lucky enough that all my customers are all knowledgeable about how much matting can be uncomfortable and sore on their dogs, and the last thing we want is our beloved babies to be in any kind of pain as obviously they can’t tell us. This is really just letting everyone know that this will become the way forward for groomers so we know that we will cause no discomfort to your pet.
