I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse with Certificates in Dog Training, Animal Behaviour and Canine and Feline Nutrition. Classes do not suit all dogs, those with problem behaviours need to be assessed individually first. Please contact me if you are unsure if your dog can attend classes. I am an experienced Animal Behaviourist and will undertake any kind of one on one canine or feline behaviour case

I will liaise with your Vet and ensure they and you get a written report detailing what the problem is, why it may have arisen, and a planned program to address the issues and improve life for you and your pet. Nutritional issues can be a major part of why training may fail, or behaviour problems arise, which is why I studied this also. This assessment is included in any behaviour work up I do, but I can do this as a stand alone service also, if you would like a nutritional assessment for your pet for any reason.

We will never use a prong collar, slip lead, choke chain or ecollar on your dog. We never have and we never will.

We will never stop speaking out against the use of these tools.

If the dog trainer or behaviour consultant can't say they won't either, please use someone else.

Research has found that electric collars are no more effective than positive methods and have a terrible impact on the pet. 💔 We hope the Government holds true to their word and bans electric shock collars once and for all.

There are a lot of different reasons for your dog's behaviour, intentional vindictiveness or naughtiness isn't one of them.

All behaviours have a function. They serve the individual in some way. Behaviours are the observable actions of any number of underlying environmental and internal processes. Assumptions are not only unhelpful, they are potentially damaging and neglect to address your dogs' reality.

Step back and take a moment to observe what your dog is telling you. If you need help, reach out to a certified and qualified professional.
