Just wanted to let all our customers know that Kate only has 9 spaces remaining for Christmas appointments. These are all reserved for existing pooches, so please get in touch if you would like to reserve one, as these are on a first-come, first-served basis. 🐾

POLITE REMINDER***
That all our appointments are estimated times of arrival. Due to being a mobile service, unfortunately we can not forsee events, such as traffic or parking complications, that may set us behind our schedule. We can also not predict how a dog will behave or what condition their coat will be in, thus taking us extra time to groom than originally estimated, and this may have a knock on affect with other appointments booked the same day. We always try to notify you as soon as possible if there is a disruption, however from time to time we have cancellations, some with limited notice, which then require us to amend our route/appointments at short notice with you also. We hope all our customers understand and hope to cause no inconvenience to you. Please let us know if any changes are not suitable for you and we will try our best to find an alternative.
