I would just like to thank everyone on behalf of Angie & myself who very kindly sponsored her in her 27 mile hike from Brighton Racecourse to Eastbourne to raise money for Macmillian Cancer Support . My fiancé Angie Spence White & also my assistant trainer of 9 years is embarking on a full marathon journey along the South Downs on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, in memory of her late father Chris White who sadly passed away a year ago.
Angie has chosen to undertake this challenge as a tribute to him and to support a very meaningful charity. Any donations would be gratefully received as to make her target of raising £500 for Macmillan would mean the absolute world to her.

It is so incredibly sad to hear of the passing of Rugby league legend Rob Burrow.
Rob was an inspiration to so many throughout his battle with Motor Neurone disease, raising both funds and awareness of this life limiting illness.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time .

Here is a short video of one of the new 4 year old geldings being introduced to the other horses . And we also have a lovely 4 year old mare who is turned out in another paddock.
It’s very exciting to have two lovely well bred horses & I very much look forward to training them.

Constant Friday is in real holiday mode & snoozing 💤, all the other horses are very relaxed as you can see & my two boys Fury Lad & Grey D’alco are my shadows .

Today we gave a few of the horses a change of scenery and took them all on a long hike which involved long grass hill work (cantering)

Delgany Monarch at 6.40 a.m this morning putting in his hill sprint work.

Mister Murchan having some time away from the gallops & enjoying hiking around the South Downs . On the way home he had his watchful eye on Endersen & Aikenbreakinheart on the gallops , which you can see if you look closely.

Mister Murchan feeling bright & well after a gentle canter this morning. We had the most glorious day today , teasing us that Spring had finally sprung ☀️🌷 . But sadly the temperatures will plummet again by the weekend.

While I was watching the Pertemps Network Final at Cheltenham Racecourse today. It took me back to 1988 when I won the same race on Pragada for my governor J T Gifford. On that day the ground was a lot heavier than it was today. I remember the morning of racing they had the fire brigade pumping water off the racecourse, so racing could go ahead.

Today we took Tommy Dillion to Ken Spencer’s for some jump training.

MeetMeAtTheArch enjoying some time in the paddock after exercise. I could watch him all day long he really is a magnificent looking horse with a wonderful temperament to match .
