Some of the guys in this wk including a certain spaniel who looked like a different dog after her groom!

One more day until crufts 2025 the biggest dog show in the world!! I’m attending Thurs and Fri to replenish supplies, renew equipment and get blades and scissors sharpened, may be a few treats for myself and my doggos. As well as taking a look at the terriers on Thursday the mini schnauzers on Fri and of course the agility!! It really is a fantastic day out so come on who’s going? On what day? And what you hoping to see? 🐾❤️

Special mention this wk goes to peaches and her human Tracey! Peaches the multi poo has being coming for a few years now and is extremely nervous of the process, we’ve never bathed her in the salon as mum would bath at home. Her mum stays through the groom as her separation anxiety is insane (peaches not traceys!!😂😂), we have visit by visit being able to achieve more and more. To explain how far we’ve come when she first started here I could only scissor what I could to prevent her coat from getting matted and making her comfortable! Absolutely no clippers and even sc******ng she would really struggle with! Style did not come into it!! There were times I couldn’t trim her face, back end or whatever area she was sensitive about on that particular visit!
Anyway safe to say the trust has grown and we have consistently being able to clip her body scissor legs, face and trim nails. She arrived on Monday after a muddy walk on wasselley hills so we had no option but to try the bath and see what happened and we were both amazed with how well she coped!! She was bathed, brushed through and trimmed up!! Well done little peaches and Tracey did alright too 😂😂🥰🐾❤️

I just wanted to warn everyone that traffic has being a nightmare getting to me today! There are 3 way lights along Somerset drive, Kent to and wentworth rd. and the road has being closed from the ruby cantonese light to high st which I believe may continue tomorrow? Also from next mon possibly for two wks vicarage rd will be closed so it’s gonna be a bit of a nightmare getting to me!! 🤦‍♀️

It’s was OAP day on Friday 🥰with dear old gizmo the cockerpoo at 12 years old, betty the labradoodle at 11 and miniature schnauzer Seamus ripe old age of 14. We also had Cassie a shihtzu x bichon who is almost 15 (I forgot her pic!) We finished with billy the cocker spaniel. On Saturday we had cockerpoo Stanley followed by Shihtzus rocky and Flo 🥰🐾❤️😘😍
