Nicola Cartwright's funeral service wil be held on Monday 9th October 2023 at 11am at Stourbridge Crematorium for anyone who wishes to attend to pay their respects. The wake will be by invitation for close family and friends only.

It is with heavy hearts that we message to let you know that yesterday afternoon we lost our beloved Nicky. As you know she was a very special person, loved by so many - human and our four legged friends. We ask for some time this week to process our loss before we get in touch to arrange reimbursing walking or boarding fees and returning keys.

We are back to work today after a lovely break.

Dogs' stress signals often get misunderstood or missed, with some owners not realising their dog is unhappy until they growl, snap or even bite 😟

The canine ladder of communication is a useful guide, showing the different signals dogs show through their body language to communicate. As a dog gets more upset, their body language may change according to the steps on the ladder.

It’s important to note that all dogs are different - not every dog will show every behaviour on the ladder and might not follow the specific order.
