**NAME A PUPPY AND HELP DONATE TOWARDS THEIR CARE**

We were called about these 5 beautiful Staffie x Rottie puppies who urgently needed somewhere to go. Bellies full of worms but still happy naughty playful little things.

There is one big problem and we need your help....

Our gorgeous 6 week old pups HAVE NO NAMES!!!!!!!!!!!

For just £2 you could be in with a chance to name one of these gorgeous puppies and in turn help us make sure they are fighting fit and have everything they need!

How it works!

To be in with your chance to name a puppy comment below what you would name one. Please donate £2 to our PayPal account ([email protected]) with the reference puppies. We will then add your chosen name to a hat and on Sunday the 16th we will draw names for these beautiful babies!

Please comment to let us know you have sent your donation along with the name you chose!!! Where possible please use the friends and family option as this way we get the full donation.

Good luck and thank you!

Ps. Please do not apply to adopt just yet! Once they are ready to find their forever homes we will update the page but for now please do not send an application in!

Where are they now???
A lot of you have been asking about our lovely Maud, Jeffery and their pups that came in a few weeks ago as an emergency.
If you follow the page you'll know we sadly lost Ava their friend who was just too poorly to save however the others are doing so well! After being vet checked all 3 pups stole the hearts of our veterinary team and all three have been adopted by members of staff at Debenham vets!! Jeffery has gone off to live with a lovely family and has settled in with his new Chihuahua and cat friends. Little Maud has gone off to foster to adopt. As she still needs neutering and a dental she isn't ready for adoption yet however one of our lovely vet nurses fell in love with Maud and is fostering to adopt her! We are so so happy these five have such a happy ending. Thank you everyone for donating towards their care and helping find their forever homes. Without your donations and support we wouldn't be able to save so many animals.

BRANDY, is an exferal lad trapped locally about 1 year ago, where he was causing the usual agro among local domestic cats.
He was an absolute beast when I first trapped him, ears flat to his head, a very angry boy. Once neutered he began to calm down. His blood tests for FIV and Felv were negative so he was then allowed to mix with the other cats. Although a little bit argumentive about food initially he has now calmed down and realises that food is not in short supply.
This naughty boy of approx 5 years old is a totally reformed character and loves nothing more than cuddles. He has come a very long way and could now very easily adapt to a home of his own he can be a bit of a trip hazard as loves to weave himself around our legs.
He could live with older children and a cat that wouldnt pester him, but I do not think he would take to resident dogs.
Brandy needs a semi rural home as he would once settled definitely enjoy some outside time, but would need a quiet room to himself initially in order for him to adjust to a new place.
If you would like to meet Brandy do give us a call or email [email protected]

Little Ike came to us when we were called to an address in Ipswich to trap a mum and kittens. Once our work was complete another little face appeared having found herself a food source. Ike didnt appear to have any kittens at the time but it is likely that she had in the past. She is now approx 2/3 years old spayed and blood tested and chipped and ready for a new home. Although initially shy of strangers, she has no malice and is a quiet, gentle little girl and mixes very well with the other cats. She would like a home where she can have access to the outside once settled, away from busy roads. Ike would need a sanctuary room in which to initially settle.
If you can offer her a home and would like to meet her do give us a call or send an email [email protected]

Penny belongs to another rescue however we have had the privilege of looking after her in our kennels.

Penny is a super sweet gentle giant. She is very friendly and absolutely loves attention. She walks well on the lead and loves to run around in an enclosed area!

Penny will make an amazing member of the family. She is just the best girl.

Penny is very dog friendly and could live with dogs and could live with children 7+ . She is not cat tested.

Penny is a super girl. She does lack some basic training however and her recall needs work however she walks beautifully and doesn't have a bad bone in her body!

Penny goes have some mild hip issues which are controlled by joint supplements.

Pixie has had such a hard life. She was used for breeding and rescued from living in a stable where the floor was covered with inches of her own poo. No food and mouldy water. She is now a happy healthy girl and would love to find her forever home! She is dog and child friendly.

We have some heartbreaking news to share. Dear little Ava who came in as an emergency intake with her friends has sadly gone over the rainbow bridge. Ava came in very poorly, we took her straight to the vets for bloods and a full health check. Today she had an ultrasound for a large lump in her abdomen and unfortunately the news was not good. we have had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to her and end her suffering. She spent her last few minutes having cuddles with our staff and eating some yummy ham! She was only with us a few days but she certainly made us fall in love with her ❤️
Rest in peace dear little Ava.

FUNDRAISING PLEA!!!!

Yesterday we were called about an urgent situation where three adult dogs and 3 young puppies had been alone for a week with someone only popping in to feed them twice a day after their owner was taken ill. The house has no heating and the dogs were only getting food and water nothing else.

Of course we knew we had to help! Late last night arrived three very scared dogs, one with three, three week old puppies. Today they have been vet checked and are settling in.

Here's where we need your help! Unfortunately due to their owner not being able to care for them, some of their health needs have not been met which will leave us with a rather large vet bill! With so many animals under our care we are asking if you can spare a few pounds please donate to help us help these dogs.

Maude is the sweetest mum, she is 7-8 years old and in need of a dental. She is in need of lots of tlc but so far is proving to be an amazing mum with a lovely personality to match! Fortunately bar some fleas the pups are doing well. Maude will need her teeth sorting, neutering once the puppies are weaned, vaccinating ect before she can look for a home.

Little Jeffrey is Dad to the pups. He is a little more nervous and is taking time to realise we are here to help him. He is a bit younger at 5 years old but unfortunately also needs a dental. Dental treatment for dogs is very costly and any help towards this would be amazing.

Then there is poor Ava. Ava is a 14 year old girl who isn't in the best shape. She has a heart condition, cataracts, is in urgent need of a dental and has a rather scary mass that needs scanning which of course we have booked in. Poor Ava is a little bewildered but is an absolute sweetie. Her vet care costs are unfortunately going to be very high but we couldn't sit back and watch them suffer.

We will always help animals where we can and will never see them left to suffer. But without your kind donations rescuing dogs like Maude, Jeffrey, Ava and the puppies isn't possible. If you would like to donate towards their care please see details below of how to do so. Once again we are very grateful for your support!!!

PLEASE DO NOT ENQUIRE ABOUT ADOPTING THESE DOGS, WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY APPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME AND WILL REGULARLY UPDATE THE PAGE ON HOW THEY ARE DOING AND WHEN THEY ARE READY FOR ADOPTION.
