While we love everything about Debenham Lion it’s great to see that our four legged friend Archie agrees!
Something thirst quenching and great canine hospitality with a jar of dog treats on the bar…..
Huge thanks to our Head Nurse Jo who brought cake, party hats, fun and a glorious team occasion as her youngest beloved hound, Seth, turned 1 today….. #debenhamvets #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #teamwork #vetpractice #vetnurselife #thankful
Our advert didn’t stipulate, “An ability
to withstand The Vet’s Wife’s nonsense is essential” but luckily that’s what we got anyway!
Jonny, the long awaited fantastic head of our client care team, withstands all the nonsense, assists with all the medication and dispensing queries, provides better telephone manner than any switchboard, offers an empathetic calm in times of distress, runs a tight ship and always wants to help his team to achieve more.
He also has a killer smile and an infectious sense of mischief. He has been an enormous gift to our team - for Christmas and every other season….
You know you’ve done it right when the pets don’t want to leave your vet practice….. #debenhamvets #pig #veterinaryclinic #veterinarylife #VeterinaryCare
You know you’ve made your clients feel at home when they don’t want to go!…..

As an independent veterinary practice that is rooted in our local community we try to invest locally in every way that we can.
Alongside the medicine and care we also invest in our sustainability and environment. This is just one of the ways in which we choose to make a difference to where we all work and live. - Join us, this evening and in our efforts….
After a busy week with some tricky surgeries, lots of emergencies, team illness and holiday you just want to say an extra special thank you to the team you are a part of…. Thank you Five Rod Farm for cutting, arranging and delivering for us to make our thank you SOOOOO beautiful…. #thankyou #veterinarymedicine #teamwork #grateful #LocalFlowers
We would love your cat to be as keen to come into the practice as Toothless is to come home. On #internationalcatday this year on 8 August 2023 we are running cat clinics only between 14:00 and 16:00 to welcome you and your feline to a quieter waiting room. Our usual Gold Standard cat friendly facilities will all be in place as standard, but we wanted to highlight everything that we already do for our feline visitors, trial cat only sessions and hear about other feline friendly suggestions you may have to enable us to help you and your cat more. Lucy the vet leads our feline veterinary initiatives and is leading the day - please join us.
Jeffrey had arrived at Debenham Vets as an orphaned scrap, his survival hanging in the balance. He was devotedly nursed and cared for by Chloe, one of our feline champions.
More than a year on and the only thing hanging is Jeffrey - from his owner’s curtains!!!!!!!!!
More of our favourite clients - “We really weren’t cuddling in the car park” - but were very very proud and very very delighted!…..
