We had a great donation of winter rugs from our lovely friend Kirsty this week & the rugs are the perfect size for our lovely Bella Ragazza, Arial & Layllah & we really do appreciate all the donations that we receive, as we are a self funded rescue & most horses arrive with nothing, so receiving these donations makes a huge difference to our horses at GHL. We had a lovely visit this weekend from our lovely friend Sandra who is just the loveliest horsy lady. Sandra very kindly donated some feed & treats & goodies to our horses at GHL. Your donations really do make a huge difference to our horses at GHL & they are very very much appreciated. We were hands on putting fly spay on some of them & Sandra was a great help as some aren’t so cooperative with it, then Sandra had a good chit chat with some of our horses & spent some time getting to know them & we all had a lovely afternoon. Thank you Sandra for your very generous feed donation to GHL. It just amazes me how horses just know horsey people, they certainly enjoyed the fuss Sandra made of them & your donations are very much appreciated & very welcome as the rescue is self funded 🐎

Thank you to Gillian Carmichael for your lovely donation of essential oils to GHL. At GHL we make our own fly repellent in the summer with essential oils for our horses to keep the flies at bay, so these oils are very much appreciated. We are extremely thankful for any donations to GHL & we hugely appreciate them & it does make a difference, thank you again Gillian 🐎
