In 2020 I took part in Sober October and raised £310 for Macmillan Cancer Support. This year I’ve decided to double that challenge…

Macmillan Cancer Support is a charity very close to my heart because of the amazing care they provide to millions of people living with cancer in the UK.

Unfortunately, like many others, my family has been personally affected by cancer in a big way. My lovely mum was diagnosed with breast cancer twice and thankfully has beaten it both times, her younger brother sadly passed away from skin cancer when he was only 18, and my husband has lost both of his parents to this truly evil disease.

I was already planning on doing Sober October again this year to raise some more money for Macmillan, but I’ve decided to take it a step further this time… I’m calling it ‘Sober Peloctober’, because not only will I cut out alcohol for 31 days, but I will also be doing a Peloton spin class every single day for the entire month!

This is going to be a tough challenge for me because not only do the Peloton spin classes absolutely kick my arse, but, as my friends and family know, I really do love a glass of wine…

All 5 doggos pulled out their best posing skills earlier for wedding photos, whilst I waved treats behind the photographer’s head like a mad woman 📸

Now time for a little rest before their evening pop-in visit for dinner 🐾

Today was a sad day for the Cotswold Tails gang, as we had to say goodbye to the gorgeous Ruby, who is moving away ♥️

As a professional dog walker, you tend to treat each dog in your pack as if they were your own, but the tricky part about that is you develop such strong bonds with them that make saying goodbye so very hard 🥺

Although I may feel a little bit sad, I am also feeling incredibly thankful… Thankful to all of my amazing customers who entrust me with their beautiful furry family members. Your dogs really do make my job the best in the world 🥰

Pet visits are the perfect solution if you want to go on holiday, but don’t want to put your cats in a cattery, or need someone to care for your rabbit/guinea pig/chickens etc whilst you enjoy some time away. 🏖️

Pet visits usually last around 30 mins and can be carried out twice daily if required. Depending on the pet and their needs these visits can include feeding, letting out into the garden, company, plenty of fuss and any special requests! I will happily water your plants too! 🪴
