Road Closure at Glue Hill ⛔️
As most of you know, Glue Hill will be closed for 2 months from the 18th March. Unfortunately, this does mean a rather large detour if you’re coming from Stur. Please allow extra time when coming to and from appointments.💙

I am taking bookings a year in advance, so if this is something that would suit you, then please send me your preferred dates. It’s easier for me to rearrange an appointment with some notice then trying to fit an extra appointment into a full diary.

I’m almost fully booked for full groom appointments til the beginning of October!

I recommend booking at least 2-3 appointments ahead, expecially if you’re on a 6-8 week schedule!

I’m taking bookings for December/ Christmas already (scary I know!). The week before Christmas is almost fully booked so please book asap to avoid disappointment! 🎄

Just a polite notice to the change of my cancellation/no-show terms and conditions.

Unfortunately I’ve had 3 no-shows and 2 cancellations this week and it’s becoming more often and it’s really impacting my business.

New Terms & Conditions

Deposits
A deposit of £10 per dog needs to be paid before the appointment is confirmed.

Cancellations
48hrs before appointment: Deposit will be lost.

24hrs before appointment: 50% of the cost of groom will need to be paid before rebooking.

No-Show: Full price of groom will need to be paid before rebooking.

I do hope you all understand, although I do have a waiting list it can be difficult to fill the slots at late notice.
