Beautiful Ella has made huge progress over the last few weeks. She had a very complicated fracture repair to her elbow and humerus and had been on long term rest.
She has been seeing Anna and is now fully weight bearing, her compensatory issues are improving and generally she is so much happier.
Well done to Ella and her owner who is giving her every chance to have a successful recovery.

Last November, Ella fractured her elbow in three places and her humerus. Yesterday thanks to some brilliant work by Jonathan Young at Linkswood Vets who operated on her twice and five and a half months cage rest we were able to start her rehabilitation with some hydrotherapy, hopefully onwards and upwards from now on.

Today was the last day of my 55th shooting season, 10 Estates, in 8 Counties and 2 Countries, 102 days in total. As usual a massive thank you to all the shoot owners, game keepers, fellow pickers up, loaders, beaters, catering staff and all those behind the scenes that the days run smoothly. Time for the dogs and I to have a rest. Just the one photo. RIP Breeze 2012-23
