⭐CUSTOMER NOTICE ⭐

As of the 1st October as some of you will be aware there is to be a 10% increase on fuel costs, my prices therefore will need to reflect this to allow my business to remain viable.

Over recent months there have been a number of no shows/last minute cancellations leaving me with a shortfall for my running costs and giving me insufficient time to offer the appointment to awaiting customers I have therefore decided to require a 50% deposit upon booking of future appointments, however I am going to offer a 10% loyalty discount when appointments are booked in advance for the forthcoming year.

In order to cover costs I will now be taking multiple dogs in daily with structured drop off and collection times whilst still maintaining the highest level of safety as your dog is of paramount importance.

I will be continuing to offer a one to one grooming session for those dogs which are not compatible to socialise with others on the first Tuesday of every month however this service will be at an additional cost.

For those that require a Saturday appointment I will be operating the first and third Saturday of every month only - due to this being a bespoke service there will be an additional fee.

Prices may vary depending on coat condition and temperament.

Tuesday - Friday appointments

SMALL BREEDS - FROM £40

MEDIUM BREEDS - FROM £50

lARGE BREEDS - FROM £60

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS - an additional £4 to be added to the price of the groom.

The above prices are for a basic full groom which will include a basic health check of eyes, ears, pads and teeth, shampoo, blow dry and trim.

Additional options -
Pawdicure £10

De-shedding £10

Teeth cleaning £6

Conditioning treatment £5

Dog cologne £10 per bottle

Pad massage and balm £5.50

Facial treatment £9

Flea treatment £20

Any of the above additional services must be booked in advance of your appointment to allow additional salon time and preparation.

I have attempted to take as much of the financial onus of the increase in an attempt to aid and support my loyal customers.
