After a lot of thought, we have decided to close Equestrian Rose for the foreseeable. The errors we experienced unfortunately had a lasting impact on us.

We are going to spend some time looking at ways we may be able to come back stronger in the future.

We want to thank every single customer for their support over the last three years, we feel very privileged that you chose to shop with us.

On that note, we hope you all have a fabulous Christmas (a little early we know).

We are in turmoil at the moment as a company. Our back end has completely failed us for the last week or two and it has caused a lot of disruption for not only us, but also our customers.

We completely understand the frustration this is causing or has caused, but we really hope we have managed to rectify this problem once and for all. The reviews we have been getting really are heartbreaking for us to read, but we do understand them, completely.

We don’t want to get to a place where we would need to shut as a business altogether, but we also do not want to put anyone through any discomfort when placing an order with us.

We will keep you updated and can only apologise profusely!!

The website will be shut for a couple of days whilst we reset everything and make sure that this doesn’t happen again and to prevent people from ordering, just to be safe.

Again, we really are sorry and we hope that this isn’t the end of ERL x

If you have any queries or worries about your order. Get in touch via email as we have a team now handling all email queries. We are also setting up a business line rather than just a mobile number as we cannot always answer the mobile.

We are keeping our original Equestrian Rose Brand which can and will be seen everywhere, but as a brand we are moving forward and feel like we need to take a sleek design which we can incorporate into our media and products.
