Dora doing some party tricks. Need to try this out in class.
Milo's recent 121 focused on heel work and retraining how he deals with dogs that approach. He and his owner did an amazing job and had huge progress in a short period of time. Training a sit and dogs remaining calm and focusing on their handler with approaching dogs is a great way to retrain dogs to have clear instructions on what they should be doing around distractions. Milo is so keen to learn and please that he cracked all the challenges set. Great team.

Jasper's heel work is coming on amazingly well. I love how he is asked to do positions on the move to check he's listening and managing any charging ahead. Louise also has the lead behind her leg, which can help to maintain loose lead walking.
Wow. Look at Flynn go. Cracking recall, with a whistle.
This little dog is coming on so well, with the support of his amazing family.
Jasper working on watching exciting/ energetic activity and developing calmness.
Amazing work, that is coming on so well. For any dog but especially one that is a working breed these are amazing skills. Jasper is taking agility from our fun classes to a more competitive level and these skills will support him thinking and listening to his handlers commands before, during and after their work in the ring.
Obi doing some amazing recall work, love the slow motion as he is so fast. He's doing amazingly well and is still very young.
Top tip for everyone: do what Obi's owner is working on and become the most exciting thing in your dog's life, minimise the amount they play with other dogs (if they do play, ensure it is controlled and you say when it starts/ stops, becareful who they play with) and have fun/ games with your dogs and your recalls will become as good as Obi's in this video.
Retrieve with an agility jump, keeps her focused on the way back, with less mouthing.
Mixing sit stays with recall and agility. Messing about but training at the same time. Great weekend.
