A walk at Colliery Woods for Daisy, Evie and Darwin while Alfie and Max chill out back at HQ. Everyone was out to the park first thing but I forgot my phone.

Week 3 photos 📸. Please feel free to use your dogs pics on your own socials. It's been a busy one. We welcomed a new crew member with Ziggy joining the gang. Max had his tplo surgery. The walking gang was out in force with a busy week for bookings. Alfie, Evie and Daisy joined us for boarding this weekend, they all head home at 12. The weather was a little challenging 🌪🌀❄️. However we all had fun and we look forward to next week, that is set to be incredibly busy with Carlos, Poppy, Jake coming in for boarding. We are also have a brief visit from Freddie Double Doodle.

*** Max Update ***

Thank you to everyone sending there thoughts for little Max. The vets have just called me and he's out of surgery. It went to plan but the surgery wasn't as straight forward as the last time. He was in quite a bit of pain even under anaesthetic and his vital stats were reflecting that. So he had to have an epidural. This means he's lost quite a bit more hair along his back. He had a full rupture whereas last time was 80% so his recovery will most likely be harder and longer. He may need hydrotherapy and physio. So not ideal, but he's out and in recovery.

I'm going to be a bit distracted for the next few days and especially today as our little Max goes in this morning for his second cruciate repair. I've got an absolutely mental day which is probably a good thing in a way as it'll keep me busy, but bear with me on timings as I'm spinning more plates than I'd like.

Luna arrived for boarding so we had a lovely walk along the seafront. Max went out separately in his pram to the park. We also had a successful meet and greet for the gorgeous Wilma who will be joining us in June for her holidays 😍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars

My licence has finally arrived. Well it arrived a few days ago but I've only just decided to post it. Why? Because I wasn't sure I was going to post it as it didn't seem that important (to me) I've had a 5 star licence since 2019 when the legislation came out and all my clients know how I work. Any new clients get to know this info when they come along to a meet and greet. So posting it seems a bit like telling people what they already knew. I didn't however know I'd get another 5 star, so I've given my head a wobble and reminded myself that actually, even for me personally, this matters.

So I think I should post it because it really IS important. I'm proud that I'm licenced. Yes it's stressful having the inspection, it takes a considerable amount of time out of my work week, but what it gives my clients, is the reassurance that I've met the standard required to achieve it.

I won't bleat on here about the importance of choosing a licenced boarder for your dog. This is what you need to ask for, and see when looking for a home boarder.

It's over to Teddy for the next Christmas video. Teddy is the lovliest little lad. He is a miniature poodle, and is super friendly. He loves going out with the crew, and he joined us on our Wednesday adventure day. Teddy loves the older crew members and if they are a little slower he makes sure they aren't left behind on their own. He's so caring and attentive, it's actually quite amazing to witness it. He loves Jasper Doodle and Rafa, and always hangs back til they catch up. What a star 🌟. We love having Teddy in the crew. Nicks nickname for him is Super Ted, which fits him to a tee. Have the best Christmas with your hoomans Teddy. See you soon 😍

Ralph 😍. The little whirlwind and boyfriend of the lovely Ember. Ralphy is an absolute joy, he goes from 0 to 60 at the speed of light 😂. A lot like Willow just without the teeth on show 😂. He's super sociable and loves his adventures with the crew. He's our boy Wednesday and we wouldn't be without him 💙. Love you lots Ralphy, have a lovely holiday with your humans and we will see you soon 😍

Well what can I say about this fella. He's my longest serving crew member and my absolute first ever client. Mr Jasper, you're a legend! You've had a few challenges in recent months but I think we are getting there. Listening to you, and modifying to suit. I hope you've had the best Christmas big fella, and I will see you in January for more fun with the gang 😍

Look at this fella 😍. Rafa really does fill me with joy as he reminds me so much of my first dog, Rocky. He's such a gentle lad, always smiling despite his troubles with his leg. I absolutely love seeing my gang enjoying their christmas. Happy Christmas big lad xx
