Today is Little Howlers 9th Birthday! I would like to say a big thank you to all of my loyal customers current, old, new and those who have crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 without you it wouldn’t be possible! 🐾 Also a big thank you to my family and friends and my right hand woman Jade that have supported me and helped me to be where I am today! 🐾Here’s to many more years ❤️

‼️ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

After a lot of thinking we have decided that our books are now closed to new customers.
Everyone who is booked in and have paid deposits for new dogs your appointments are secure.

We are still able to book dogs in for nail trims only.

Remaining appointments that are left for the year are for existing customers only.
Sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.

We will possibly open our books again for new customers in the new year, depending on how busy we are and the availability we have.

Come down to open up today to find that someone has sprayed painted on our shutter along with a lot other shops and businesses in the area.
We do not have any connection with the people that are named and neither does the business, we are angry and upset that this has happened.

SUNDERLAND AREA ANNOUNCEMENT:

If you live in Sunderland, and would otherwise be unable to meet the cost of a basic pet health check, nail clipping or minor procedure such as ear cleaning, we have some news that may help.

Our first FREE pet clinic drop-in (which will also include free cat microchipping) for people on low income or means-tested benefits, takes place on Tuesday the 16th of July in the overflow car park at Silksworth Sports Complex and Ski Centre in partnership with Vets on the Meowve Tyne and Wear and Vets on the Meowve Teesside

The drop-in will be accepting visitors from 10am to 3pm. There is no need to book, but please be aware that the service may be in high demand, so waiting times may vary, and we cannot guarantee a consultation slot.

IMPORTANT: ‼ Access to shelter will be very limited (a small gazebo), so if you are not travelling by car, please arrive with weather-appropriate clothing / umbrellas.

Looks like it’s going to be a hot one today and all week so here’s some handy tips for keeping your dogs cool and safe…

We do have a fully air conditioned salon, we will be using a cooler heat on the dryers. Please if you can don’t walk your dog before their groom to keep them cooler.
