Again today ive had people ignore messages for appointments. Cancel last minute.

This isnโ€™t manageable as a small business!

If you cancel without 48 hours notice you will be required to Pay for your appointment in full before any future appointments are made.

People that continue to ignore our company policies and rules & continue with this behaviour
You will be taken from our clients list & will have to find another groomer.

Again if youโ€™re wanting a Christmas appointment please book asap as thereโ€™s limited spaces.

Remember all appointments require 50% deposit moving forward and deposits are NONE refundable.
