🌲 just a polite reminder that our December appointments are FULLY BOOKED 🎅🏼

🌲 we are operating a cancellation list so if you’d like to be added on please let us know, currently this is only for existing customers

🌲 due to how busy we are in December we cannot accept dogs that are matted or overgrown due to pushing back previous appointments, it has always been our policy that dogs must’ve been in the salon on their regular schedule to recieve a December appointment.

Anyone who has cancelled October/nov appointments automatically has Xmas appointments cancelled. This is to make it as fair as we can for everyone. We are already working 10hr days 6/7 days a week so we cannot afford to be running behind. Thankyou.

We have several dog beds, yesterday I removed a Bed from the floor so I could hoover. According to Oscar that particular bed is the comfiest (not the other 4 IDENTICAL beds) so he climbed up on top of one of our crates so he could continue laying on it 😂🤪
