The company has been owned by Alan for the past twenty years, and his father before him, the business has been in his family since 1871. We are grateful for all your business over the last 140 years and the next 😁

*Bank Holiday Opening Hours*

Hello everyone,

For the upcoming bank holiday (Monday the 26th August) the shop will be open 10am-4pm.

The local delivery round will go ahead as normal, for the Monday and Tuesday deliveries please get your order in as soon as possible to guarantee delivery as no one will be in the office over the weekend

The Monday south route has been cancelled, the route will go ahead as normal on Monday the 19th of August and Monday the 2nd of September

Hi everyone in the Grimsby area - we have a new supplier Pawsome Rawsome who'll be stocking our products - we've worked with them to do some really good deals so anyone in the area should check them out!

They'll receive their first delivery from us on Thursday so it might be a good idea to get your orders in asap and make sure you're at the front of the queue, with the discount they're running we're expecting it to sell fast!

For deliveries: you can order the normal £20 minimum order of other products plus this offer, or if you’re only ordering chicken & mackerel mix there’s a £40 (4 trays, 80lb) minimum order

Thursday 28th March: 9am-6pm
Friday 29th March: 10am-5pm
Saturday 30th March: 9:30am-12:30pm
Sunday 31st March: Closed

Tuesday 2nd April: 9am-6pm

Deliveries will go ahead as normal on Friday the 29th March and Monday the 1st April. Please get your order in as soon as possible to guarantee delivery as no one will be in the office over the bank holiday.

Just a quick heads up - We're 3 drivers short tomorrow (illness and holidays) so Monday south deliveries (Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Wakefield etc..) have had to be pushed back till Tuesday.

Hello everyone,

We are now launching our new treat venture, Letterbox Dog Treats. Each treat box contains: 1 pizzle, 1 trachea, 2 rabbit ears, 2 chicken feet, 2 paddywack pieces, 100g of liver jerky, 30g of lung jerky, 50g of tripe sticks and 2 weasand pieces for £12.

These are available in store or through our delivery service.

Live further away than our deliveries? No worries! These treat boxes are designed to fit through standard UK letterboxes so there's no need to wait around for the delivery. All further afield deliveries will be sent through Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery and will cost £15 (£3 P&P).

Just a quick reminder of our opening hours and delivery schedule over Christmas 🎄
Please remember the Monday 25th December delivery has been brought forward to Friday the 22nd so orders need to be in before 5pm Thursday the 21st.
The office is closed for phone calls from the 24th until the 27th (open as usual on the 27th) so orders for the Tuesday and Wednesday run will need to be in before 5pm Friday the 22nd to guarantee delivery.

Friday the 22nd December: Open 9am-6pm
Saturday the 23rd December: Open 9am-12:30pm
Sunday the 24th December: Closed
Monday the 25th December: Closed
Tuesday the 26th December: Closed
Wednesday the 27th December: Open 9am-6pm

We’re having to make a small change with our yak bars because our suppliers struggling to keep up with our orders. We have upgraded from medium yak bars to large yak bars, the large yak bars are £3 each but will last a lot longer than the medium sized

This will not affect orders already made but will affect all future orders.
